Eligibility for Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- If your order is part of a pre-order or backorder, the cancellation will be subject to the specific terms of the product.
How to Cancel an Order:
- Log in to your Redux Mart account and go to the "My Orders" section.
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" option.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, your cancellation will be processed immediately.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- For orders canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or Redux Mart Wallet.
- For orders canceled after shipping, you may need to return the item before receiving a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
Non-Cancelable Orders:
Orders that are already in transit or delivered cannot be canceled. However, you can return the product following our Return Policy if you are not satisfied.
