Cancellation policy

At Redux Mart, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. We offer a simple and clear cancellation process to help you manage your purchases.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

  1. You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  2. If your order is part of a pre-order or backorder, the cancellation will be subject to the specific terms of the product.

How to Cancel an Order:

  1. Log in to your Redux Mart account and go to the "My Orders" section.
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" option.
  3. If your order has not yet been shipped, your cancellation will be processed immediately.
  4. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • For orders canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or Redux Mart Wallet.
  • For orders canceled after shipping, you may need to return the item before receiving a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Non-Cancelable Orders:

Orders that are already in transit or delivered cannot be canceled. However, you can return the product following our Return Policy if you are not satisfied.
