  2. Select the item you wish to return and click on "Request a Refund."

  4. Once your request is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product.
  5. After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund Method:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, or alternatively, it can be credited to your Redux Mart Wallet, depending on your preference.
  • The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days to complete, depending on the payment method used.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items such as hygiene products, perishable goods, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
